Chef Noah is a Spokane-based culinary professional recognized for his expertise in French-inspired and farm-to-table cuisine. Born and raised in Spokane, Washington, he graduated from the Inland Northwest Culinary Academy (INCA) at Spokane Community College, where he developed the foundation for his precise and creative cooking style. 

  • Culinary Career: He has served as a sous chef at Francais in Spokane's Perry District, collaborating with Head Chef Peter Adams to create refined French dishes. His experience also includes roles at notable establishments like The Lake House and The Lodge at St. Edward.

  • Farm-to-Table Focus: Applegate is a strong advocate for the "farm-to-table" philosophy, frequently collaborating with local producers like Rocking Barb Farm and Smidge Farms to source fresh ingredients. He often hosts community-centric dining events at The Scale House Market, where he emphasizes an awareness of local, seasonal products.

  • Community & Family: Beyond the professional kitchen, he is a dedicated dad and husband who remains active in the local community. He leads educational initiatives such as the "Kids in the Kitchen" series, which teaches children about the origins of their food and basic cooking skills.
